Client is in “product-launch” planning for a new biologic therapy for inflammatory disease nearing FDA approval and is in the process of developing a variety of promotional materials
Client seeks to evaluate a patient brochure designed to educate patients on the product and motivate them to proactively inquire about the product with their physician
OLG Research executed 4 days of in-person research in 4 US cities that consisted of one-on-one IDIs and focus groups with patients currently treated but unsatisfied with their existing therapy
In-depth, page-by-page evaluation of the patient brochure sought to confirm delivery of core brand messaging, understand the degree to which the patients relate to the visuals and identify recommendations for additional information that should be included in the brochure
Research validated that core brand messages are effectively communicated and sequenced in a meaningful, logical manner. Visual elements confirmed to be relatable as well as engaging for patients
The research identified recommendations to improve the clarity of several messages including headlines, call-outs and patient support program content
The research validated the patient types most impacted by the brochure and validated the patient-targeting strategy
